If you receive an item that is defective or it fails through normal intended use, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 90 days of the date of purchase.

30 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

If you change your mind about purchasing an item within 30 days, you may return it for a refund or an exchange. Items must be returned in their original saleable condition including any packaging and tags. For hygiene reasons we do not offer exchanges or refunds on the following products: earrings, pierced jewellery or hair accessories.

In-store purchases:
